Personalized & Custom Items
Personalized and custom-made items (including engraved names, dates, monograms, and any custom design work) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or contain a production error on our part.
Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, dates, design choices) before placing your order.
Returns on Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
Orders for non-personalized items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
