Thank you for shopping with So Stinkin’ Cute Creations. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Production Time

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days, depending on the product:

  • 3D printed items: 2–3 business days
  • Laser engraved & personalized items: 3–5 business days
  • Bundles & gift sets: 5–7 business days

Production time is in addition to shipping transit time. During peak holiday seasons (November–December, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), production may take slightly longer. We’ll always email you if there are delays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). For larger or heavier items, we may use UPS. Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order. We do our best to charge fair, actual rates and pass through carrier pricing without markup.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, typical delivery times within the United States:

  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary due to weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information in your account under My Orders.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right.
